Refund, Exchange & Credit Policy:

We do refund or exchange on faulty goods. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. Returned items must be returned with the original invoice for any refund, exchange or credit. Postal, shipping & freight costs are non refundable. For hygiene reasons swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Fruitilicious Fashion & Design prides itself in our reputation for quality, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will happily assist you with an exchange or store credit, refunds will be given on faulty goods only & only if the fault can not be rectified.

To receive a refund the customer must provide their name, address and phone number.

We exchange for “change of mind purchases” subject to several conditions

Goods must be returned within 14 days of original purchase
Goods must be returned with original receipt
Does not apply to goods reduced in price for sale purposes
Does not apply to sales of accessories
Goods must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

Gift Voucher:

- Valid for three months after sale
- Not redeemable for cash
- Vouchers should be treated as cash, if lost can not be replaced

Lay by:

Lay by is available for sixty days ( 2 months ), please present original docket when making payments.

A minimum of 20% deposit is required on all lay by
Instalments are due every fourteen days throughout the term of the lay by
No part of the lay by goods can be separated or collected until final payment has been made in full
Lay by cancelled by the purchaser or retailer will incur a full 20% service charge of full lay by value
Should the purchaser fail to honour the lay-by sale (i.e., By non payment) the retailer will contact the customer and advise the lay by will be cancelled after 5 days notice of advice, unless a further payment has been received.
